One Flagler is a state-of-the-art Class-A office building that will extend the Flagler waterfront greenbelt with 1.25 acres of green space. The 25-story office building features 270,000 square feet including 11,585 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The building will anchor the city’s Okeechobee Business District and the Flagler Financial District, and will preserve in perpetuity the historic First Church of Christ, Scientist. The church, designed by architect Julian Abele in 1928, is considered one of the most architecturally significant buildings in all of Palm Beach County.
